Security Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2025
The security of your data is our highest priority. At AutoMigra, we implement robust measures to protect the information you entrust to us during the preparation of your Form I-130.
1. Data Encryption
All communication between your browser and our servers is protected by SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security) encryption. This means that all information you enter, from your personal data to your case details, travels securely and cannot be intercepted by third parties.
2. Secure Storage
We use Supabase's secure infrastructure to store your data. Your form information is saved in PostgreSQL databases with multiple security layers, and the evidence documents you upload are stored in private buckets with restricted access, accessible only through authenticated requests from our application.
3. Payment Handling
We do not store your credit or debit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through Stripe, a global leader in online payments that complies with the highest industry security standards (PCI DSS Level 1). Your financial information is sent directly to Stripe in an encrypted form.
4. Access Control
- User Authentication: Access to your account and form information is protected by your password. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password.
- Limited Internal Access: Access to user data by our staff is strictly limited to what is necessary to provide technical support and maintain the service.
5. Updates and Notifications
We are committed to keeping our security practices up to date. In the event we detect a security breach that may affect your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
